TBAE is excited to announce their partnership with the Second Annual Single-Take Challenge.

The concept of the Single-Take Challenge is to create a short, unique film that not only displays your creative prowess as a filmmaker, but also incorporates your skill of planning, creating, and writing within the confines of your resources; all while captivating an audience.  The restrictions of an edit-less film add an element of unpredictable measure, which allows creativity to bubble up connecting the audience to a "real" experience.

The Single-Take Challenge brings its passion and love for film making to the airwaves of TBAE.  A simple concept with challenging application, a Single Take Challenge film is to be no longer than eight minutes with no cuts or edits.

A difficult task for even the most experienced filmmaker; however, The Single-Take Challenge calls out to any and all filmmakers of different ages and abilities.  The Single-Take Challenge provides the opportunity to participate in the most fun and exciting filming experience, while allowing you the chance to be judged by some of the countries top professionals such as Jim Cummings, Shant Hamassian, and Ben Petrie who are all Sundance and South-By-Southwest award winning directors.

The entry date for submission starts on March 15, 2017 and all participants must have their films submitted by August 15th, 2017.

Addmission fee: $30 per film, or $20 for Early bird submissions.
